We looked almost 10 store in Montreal before we cam to know about sofa studio through instagram . we placed order online in then girl from sofa studio customer service called us to make sure we get the right sofa according to our needs and recommend us some things in sofa eg – firmness , seat height , back cushions
( removable or fix) . It is very hard to expect service like this on online order. highly recommended.

Really appreciate the serice by customer service to give detailed information . Delivery timing needs little improvement as it was given 4 weeks and sofa was ready to deliver in 2 weeks we didn’t have space ready to take delivery, Customer service team assisted us to keep sofa in factory in mean time.

Different kind of sofa which is open also and close also as it has back support on both side and open chaise also .
looks very good in our open concept living room . cushions are fluffy and regular soft , seems good quality so far
